What happens if I am not satisfied with my custom paper?

You can request a revision at no extra charge. Note that revisions must be based on the initial details submitted with the order. If the revision pertains new details for the order, then the client may have to pay some additional fee to compensate the writer.

Supposing I totally reject my custom paper, what happens?

If you cancel your order before a writer starts working on your paper, then full refund is guaranteed. However, if you choose to cancel the order after your paper is assigned to a writer, then partial refund is guaranteed. If the writer had done less than 50% of the pages, then only 75% is refundable. If the writer had done at least half the number of the pages, then only 50% is refundable.
